Frequently asked questions about pricing
Can I test the system first?
Yes! The full preparation is permanently free. You can create tournaments, add teams, divide groups and calculate schedules – all without paying.
When do I have to pay?
Only when you want to print invitations or schedules, need QR codes for helpers or use the match centre on tournament day. Activation happens right before the tournament.
Is there a subscription or hidden costs?
No! Prices are one-time payments per tournament/event. No monthly fees, no automatic renewals.
How can I pay?
By invoice (bank transfer), PayPal or with a voucher code. You can download the invoice directly.
What counts as "single-day" vs. "multi-day"?
Single-day: all tournaments take place on the same day. Multi-day: the event spans several calendar days (e.g. Saturday and Sunday).
Can I upgrade later?
Yes! If you realise you need more age classes or another day, you can upgrade to the next package at any time. You only pay the difference.
